- Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements and delivery commitments.

- Supervise CNC and VMC machining operations and ensure smooth shop-floor production.

- Have positive practical knowledge of CNC/VMC machines, machining processes, cutting tools, fixtures and setting procedures.

- Allocate jobs to machines and operators based on machine capacity, process requirements and priority.

- Monitor production targets, cycle times, machine utilization and productivity.

- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments for uninterrupted production.

- Monitor rejection, rework, machine downtime and production losses and take corrective action.

- Ensure jobs are completed as per drawing, process sheet, quality standards and customer specifications.

- Follow up on tool availability, raw materials, fixtures,



gauges and consumables required for production.

- Identify bottlenecks in machining processes and implement improvements to increase productivity.

- Ensure proper 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor.

- Prepare and maintain production-related reports, including:

- Daily Production Report

- Machine Utilization

- Rejection / Rework Report

- Downtime Report

- Production Achievement vs. Target

- Guide and monitor CNC/VMC operators and setters.

- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending jobs/issues to the next shift.

- Take responsibility for meeting production quantity, quality and delivery targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
