Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.

Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Automobile Engineering

Experience: 3-6 years minimum.

Designation - Executive/ Engineer - Production

Position:- 1

ü 3-6 years of experience in production within the automobile manufacturing industry.

ü Good problem-solving and analytical skills (7qc Tools, Lean Tools, SMED, Kaizen, 5S)

ü Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.

ü Monitor production lines for quality and efficiency, ensuring that equipment is running at optimal capacity.

ü Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor to minimize delays.

ü Basic Knowledge of TPM. (Total Productive maintenance)

ü Preparing Daily Production Report ü Supervise all the workers to achieve production targets.





ü Reduce Rejection/Maintain Quality ü Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.

ü Know- How of PDCA cycle.

ü Knowledge of WI, Control Plan, Cycle time calculation, Time study, poka-yoke ü Safety Adherence & Compliance ü Woking knowledge of MS office, valuable command in Excel, to prepare power point presentation.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
