Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator / Production Manager with 5-15 years of relevant experience in a high fashion garment export house for our Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring production activities from order allocation through final shipment, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and production efficiency. The role will involve coordination with merchandising, sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality, stores and dispatch teams, as well as follow-up with production units and vendors.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of high fashion garment production, production planning, T&A;, order tracking, capacity planning, quality coordination, production schedules and shipment timelines. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

- Plan,
