Role Description The Production Director at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations for advanced parking systems. This role involves leading production planning and scheduling, managing manufacturing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams.

The Production

Director monitors quality standards, implements process improvements, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and ISO requirements.



Daily tasks include reviewing production metrics, resolving operational bottlenecks, optimizing resource utilization, and aligning production capacity with project timelines and customer commitments. The role also includes developing production strategies that support innovation, sustainability, and cost efficiency, while mentoring production teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and project delivery.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing processes and Quality Management to ensure reliable, durable, and ISO-compliant products.
- Experience in Strategic Planning to align production capabilities with business goals, technology roadmaps, and market demands.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, performance coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure projects; parking systems or automation experience is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, use production management tools/ERP systems, and drive process optimization and cost control.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in production or quality management are beneficial.
