IT Product Support & Implementation Expert (Team Lead)

We’re looking for proactive and responsible professional to lead customer support, product implementation, and team operations for our business software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to clients via calls, email, and remote sessions
- Understand issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal teams
- Lead software implementation, setup, and client onboarding
- Conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use the product
- Perform functional testing and share feedback for product improvement
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and client feedback
- Team Lead Role
- Train and mentor team members
- Manage daily operations and shift planning




- Monitor performance and ensure high service quality (SLA adherence)

Preferred Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in software/application support
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of POS, ERP, and Tally is a must.
- Understanding of retail operations & inventory processes
- Comfortable with MS Excel and basic technical tools
- Willingness to travel for client implementation if needed

Qualification

- B.Tech / BSc / M.Tech/ BCA/ B.Com / BBA preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
