About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shop floor operations, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment efficiency to meet production targets safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations: Plan, monitor, and execute daily manufacturing activities to meet output schedules and target deadlines.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks on the production line, reduce downtime, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen).

Quality Assurance: Ensure all manufactured components/products adhere to strict quality control standards, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance of machinery to minimize operational disruptions.

Resource Allocation:



Efficiently manage manpower, raw materials, and machinery on the shop floor.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, machine uptime records, yield reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with standard industrial hygiene and safety measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing unit/plant environment.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and industrial machinery.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and safety protocols.

Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or ERP software (SAP, Tally) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, excellent team management, and clear communication skills in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi preferred).
