Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced Architect & Product Owner - Immersive Experience to own the vision, roadmap, solution architecture, and business outcomes for the company's immersive real-estate ecosystem. The portfolio includes IMMERSV X Max for high-end real-time Windows experiences, IMMERSV X VR for Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro, IMMERSV X Lite for browser-based interactive property tours, and IMMERSV X Connect for cooperative remote property presentations and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and communicate the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the IMMERSV X ecosystem.
- Translate commercial and customer strategy into product themes, architectural capabilities, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop a detailed understanding of UAE and international real-estate journeys for prospective buyers.
- Own the target and solution architecture for the immersive ecosystem, covering real-time 3D applications, XR devices, and cloud delivery.
- Define the end-to-end 3D content pipeline from BIM/CAD inputs through to publishing.
- Own a transparent, prioritized backlog covering new experiences, project launches, and technical enablers.
- Set and govern non-functional requirements for availability, streaming latency, and image quality.




- Act as the accountable owner for PropVR service outcomes and partner governance.
- Define a measurement framework for immersive products, including reach, interaction depth, and conversion influence.

Skills and Abilities :

- Deep knowledge of real-estate and PropTech customer journeys, especially off-plan property discovery.
- Proven ability to combine product ownership with solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of real-time 3D and immersive technologies, including Unreal Engine, VR/XR, and Pixel Streaming.
- Strong understanding of 3D asset production and optimization.
- Working knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and security.

Minimum Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Architecture Technology, Digital Media, Game Development, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience across digital products, solution architecture, immersive technology, or PropTech.
- At least 5 years in a senior product ownership or architecture leadership role.
- At least 3 years of direct experience delivering immersive, real-time 3D, VR/XR, or interactive property experiences.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and offshore partners.
- Experience operating within Agile product delivery and ITIL-aligned processes.
