Key Responsibilities

- Drive and manage Life Insurance New Business and Underwriting products and processes.

- Understand and analyze end-to-end Life Insurance underwriting and new business workflows.

- Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.

- Conduct impact analysis and identify dependencies, risks, and business implications.

- Translate business needs into transparent product requirements, functional specifications, and solution documentation.

- Collaborate with business, technology, engineering, and other stakeholders to define and deliver effective solutions.

- Contribute to solution design and discussions around database architecture.

- Manage product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other product documentation.

- Lead requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.





- Communicate product vision, requirements, priorities, and timelines effectively to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience as a Product Manager / Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end Life Insurance New Business and Underwriting processes.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution documentation.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of Solution Design and Database Architecture is good to have.

- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts is preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- Willingness to work from Bangalore is required
