Job Title: Product Manager / Product Owner - Billing & Revenue Cycle

About the Role

Seeking a hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner with strong U.S. healthcare billing & RCM expertise to manage and improve billing products. The role will focus on EHR/PMS, AI, RPA, automation, and workflow optimization, working closely with Engineering, QA, and US stakeholders to improve billing efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Own and enhance healthcare billing products and workflows
- Drive product requirements, roadmaps, and feature development
- Identify billing issues and improve claims, denials, and payment workflows
- Leverage AI, RPA, and automation to streamline billing processes
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and US stakeholders





Qualifications

- Robust hands-on experience in US healthcare billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Knowledge of claims, eligibility, denials, payment posting, and EHR/PMS
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis
- Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, and healthcare technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be willing to relocate to Pune
- Comfortable working in a mid-shift with significant US stakeholder overlap
