Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager Wealth to build and scale the firm’s wealth management product suite. The role will focus on developing structured investment offerings, strengthening distribution capabilities, and driving AUM and revenue growth through effective product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the wealth product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build and manage offerings across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Capital Market-linked solutions
- Design client propositions leveraging in-house research and exchange capabilities
- Drive product innovation for retail, HNI, and franchise-led distribution channels
- Collaborate with Sales, Research, Compliance,



Operations, and Technology teams
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
- Monitor product performance, margins, AUM growth, and profitability metrics
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and exchange guidelines

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking / AMC / Private Banking
- Robust understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution models
- Experience in product development, wealth platform management, or investment product strategy preferred
- MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
