Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap for #LifeInsurance products and digital solutions.

Collaborate with business, actuarial, underwriting, claims, operations, sales, and technology teams.

Prepare and manage #BRDs, #FRDs, and functional #requirements.

Work on #LifeAsia or similar core life insurance / policy administration platforms.

Drive digital transformation, system integration, and customer journey improvements.

Ensure compliance with #IRDAI regulations and industry standards.

Manage product backlogs, #Agile delivery, #KPIs, and continuous product enhancements.

8+ years of Product Management experience.

6+ years of hands-on #LifeInsurance domain experience, including current or recent relevant experience.





Mandatory experience in a #Product-based / #ICT-based company.

Hands-on experience with #BRDs, #FRDs, and #LifeAsia or a comparable core insurance platform.

Strong understanding of policy #administration, digital insurance solutions, and #Agile methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
