PRODUCT MANAGER | Bengaluru | Full-Time Role: Product Manager Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, QA, or a related product/technology role Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Salary: $100 - $102 per year Number of Openings: 5 About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager who can translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strong communication, and a practical understanding of software development and user experience.

Key Responsibilities • Own product requirements from discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

- Gather and analyze customer, business, and stakeholder requirements and convert them into clear product requirements.
- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
- Define product priorities, maintain the product backlog, and support roadmap planning based on business impact and user value.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, defects, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate UAT, release validation, issue prioritization, and post-release monitoring.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, edge cases, and gaps before implementation.
- Track product KPIs and prepare actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve product usability, reliability, and overall customer experience.





Required Skills • Strong understanding of product management lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Requirements gathering, requirement analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and product documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of software development, QA/testing, APIs, databases, and SDLC.
- Ability to work with data and product metrics to support decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Exposure SQL

- API concepts and Postman
- Excel/Google Sheets; analytics and dashboards such as Power BI; basic understanding of Java/Selenium or other software-testing tools; familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.
