Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Product Manager (IAM & Integration) to define, drive, and execute the product strategy for QuickLaunch’s Identity

Management and Integration suite. The ideal candidate will bring strong SaaS product management expertise, leadership experience, and a proven ability to scale products that address complex global customer needs.

This role requires balancing innovation with operational excellence, and close collaboration with stakeholders, customers, engineering, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the IAM and Integration product vision and roadmap aligned

with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across Identity, Access Management, and

Integration products.
- Integration & Ecosystem Development
- Build and enhance integration frameworks and connectors with enterprise apps,

student information systems, HR systems, CRMs, ERPs, and cloud providers.




- Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that drive customer adoption and

stickiness.
- Execution & Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality

SaaS IAM & Integration solutions.
- Drive scalability, performance, and security standards across IAM and Integration

offerings.
- Market & Customer Focus
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement

sessions to inform product direction.
- Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring roadmap aligns with value-driven

outcomes.
- Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers across IAM and Integration.
- Define KPIs, measure product success, and ensure consistent improvement.
- Represent QuickLaunch in industry events and customer forums as a thought

leader in IAM and Integration. Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15 years of experience in , with significant exposure to IAM, Integration, or SaaS

ecosystems.
- Proven ability to scale product portfolios covering Identity, Security, and Integration.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based integrations, APIs, SSO, provisioning, and security

protocols.
- Demonstrated success in leading global product teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on customer-driven innovation.

Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business

Administration. MBA preferred.
