Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap and backlog for customer account and loyalty capabilities.

- Translate customer needs and business objectives into transparent use cases, product requirements and measurable outcomes.

- Lead discovery and delivery of registration, authentication, profile, order history, returns, payment preference and account service journeys.

- Develop loyalty, rewards, membership, tier and offer experiences that improve customer engagement and retention.

- Coordinate with engineering, UX, analytics, operations and business teams to deliver reliable customer-facing digital products.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 10 years of relevant product management experience,



preferably including 4 - 6 years managing customer-facing digital products.

- Hands-on Product Management experience, including roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements definition and product lifecycle management.

- Experience as a Product Manager for customer-facing digital products in the retail domain.

- Strong understanding of customer-centric solutions and account management journeys across digital channels.

- Experience designing or delivering rewards, loyalty, membership, points, offers or related customer engagement capabilities.

Good to Have:

- Experience with e-commerce products and digital commerce customer journeys.

Education:

Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
