Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own the roadmap and product lifecycle for supply chain, order management, fulfillment, and logistics capabilities.

- Define product requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for seller, vendor, and operational users.

- Drive integrations with order management, warehouse management, transportation management, and logistics platforms.

- Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve order accuracy, fulfillment visibility, exception handling, and delivery outcomes.

- Use customer and operational feedback, process metrics, and market research to prioritize enhancements and measure product performance.

Skills Required:

- 4 - 9 years of experience in product management,



with relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or fulfillment products.

- Robust understanding of supply chain processes, order lifecycle management, fulfillment operations, and logistics workflows.

- Experience defining products for seller or vendor portals and coordinating integrations across OMS, WMS, TMS, or related supply chain systems.

- Ability to manage product strategy, discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and stakeholder communication for operational platforms.

Good to Have

- Experience with vendor management platforms, 3PL operations, or third-party logistics integrations.

Education: Any graduation degree.
