This is a foundational product role at Athisa Health, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. You'll help shape the product vision behind Athisa's growth — client-facing systems, therapist-matching, and future platform features — while also acting as the connective layer between the CEO's vision and how Operations actually runs day-to-day. A key part of this role is making sure strategic decisions and operational realities stay in sync, rather than drifting apart as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the CEO to shape and maintain the product roadmap — client-facing platform features, therapist-matching, assessments, and future tech as Athisa expands

- Bridge Operations and the CEO's vision: regularly sync with the Operations function to understand what's working, what's breaking, and what constraints exist on the ground, and feed that back into product/strategic decisions

- Translate leadership's strategic goals into concrete, prioritized product requirements

- Coordinate with the Client Care Coordinator and other operational staff to understand workflow pain points (coordination only — no direct reporting line)

- Evaluate tools/platforms (build vs. buy)



for both growth-facing and operational needs

- Define simple success metrics for any feature or system change, and track whether it's actually helping

- Maintain clear, lightweight documentation of decisions and specs — this is a lean team, not a heavy-process workplace

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience — this is a junior role, ideal for someone early in their PM career who wants outsized ownership

- Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with both a founder/CEO and frontline operational staff, and translating between the two

- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity — you'll often need to figure out the "right" process rather than follow an existing one

- Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad

Nice to Have

- Prior internship or project experience in product management, operations, or startup environments

- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or mental health

- Familiarity with basic tools — CRM/scheduling systems, spreadsheets, no-code/low-code platforms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
