SNDEV Healthcare Limited is urgently hiring a senior Pharma Product Management leader to head its Product Management Team (PMT) for Domestic Sales & Marketing. This is a critical, business-driving role with complete ownership of brand strategy, portfolio growth, and market performance across high-impact Cardiology and Diabetes brands.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Brand Ownership

- Drive annual and long-term brand strategy from concept to execution
- Lead positioning, differentiation, and lifecycle management for key brands

High-Impact Promotional Strategy

- Build aggressive, innovative promotion strategies to maximize market penetration
- Develop differentiated plans for specialty and high-volume generic brands

Marketing Excellence

- Lead creation of visual aids, LBLs, promotional inputs, and campaigns
- Align sales force incentives and promotional focus with brand objectives

Campaign & Launch Execution

- Plan and execute high-visibility campaigns and product initiatives
- Work closely with Sales, Medical, and cross-functional stakeholders

Sales, Stock & Market Analytics





- Track regional sales performance, stock movement, and market trends
- Translate data insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies

Innovation & Competitive Edge

- Continuously refresh marketing concepts to stay ahead of competition
- Bring bold, creative ideas to drive brand recall and prescription growth

Strong Stakeholder Leadership

- Act as a key marketing interface with internal leadership and partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate in Pharmacy / Marketing / Business
- MBA / PGDM highly preferred

Experience

- Strong experience in Pharma Product / Brand Management
- Mandatory exposure to Cardiology and Generics
- Demonstrated success in driving domestic market growth
