About the Role

We are looking for experienced Product Leadership Faculty to deliver high-impact learning sessions for senior product professionals, business leaders, and aspiring Chief Product Officers (CPOs) .

Our learners are mid-to-senior executives, product leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who bring significant industry experience to the classroom. We are looking for faculty who can match their depth of expertise, connect product strategy with business outcomes , and translate complex product challenges into actionable decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live, instructor-led sessions to cohorts of experienced professionals.
- Teach concepts across product strategy, product leadership, innovation management, customer-centricity, product portfolio management, platform thinking, product operations, and digital product transformation , depending on assigned module(s).
- Bridge product concepts with business strategy, growth, customer experience,



and organizational objectives .
- Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and applied exercises that resonate with senior product and business leaders.
- Adapt session delivery in real time based on audience background, industry context, and engagement levels.
- Bring relevant real-world examples, frameworks, market insights, and industry perspectives into the classroom.
- Collaborate with the Academics team on session design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes, wherever required.

What We're Looking For Experience & Background

- 15+ years of industry experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Product Strategy, Innovation, Digital Transformation, Technology Leadership, or related domains.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams, founders, CXOs, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders .
- Exposure to one or more industries such as Technology, SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Media, or Consulting .
- Strong understanding of how product strategy connects with business growth, customer needs, technology,



and organizational objectives.

Teaching & Communication
- Ability to explain complex product and business concepts clearly to a highly experienced audience.
- Robust facilitation skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior professionals .
- Comfort with case-based and discussion-driven pedagogy rather than purely lecture-led delivery.
- Prior experience in executive education, management development programs (MDPs), leadership training, or corporate workshops is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience serving as a Chief Product Officer (CPO), VP – Product, Head of Product, Product Director, Founder, Product Consultant, or advisor to leadership teams .
- Familiarity with modern product management practices, including AI-enabled products, platform businesses, Product-Led Growth (PLG), experimentation, customer discovery, and product analytics .
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Product Strategy
- Product Leadership
- Product Operations
- Innovation Management
- Platform Products
- Growth Product Management
- Digital Product Transformation
- Product Analytics
- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution; advanced qualifications are a strong advantage.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, data, and business functions is highly preferred.
