**Company Description
ODDRIP is a new-age lifestyle brand built around curiosity, self-expression, and objects that make people stop and look twice.
We’re creating products that sit somewhere between design, culture, and everyday life — pieces that are unexpected, playful, and made to become part of your personality.
We’re building ODDRIP from the ground up and looking for people who want to be part of the early team — people who think differently, move fast, obsess over details, and aren’t afraid to experiment.
If you’re excited by building something from zero, creating culture rather than following it, and making products that people say “I NEED THIS”, you’ll fit right in.
ODDRIP — Stay Odd.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can turn weird ideas into products people actually want.
At ODDRIP, you won’t just be designing products — you’ll be involved in creating the visual language and physical identity of the brand from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Develop new and unconventional product concepts from idea to final product.
- Research trends, culture, materials, and emerging design movements.
- Sketch, prototype, 3D model, and develop products for manufacturing.
- Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to turn concepts into production-ready products.
- Experiment with different forms, finishes, textures, colours, and manufacturing techniques.
- Design across multiple product categories including lifestyle, accessories, home, desk/study, and everyday objects.
- Understand what Gen Z wants and translate that into distinctive physical products.
- Contribute to ODDRIP’s overall design language and product aesthetic.
- Take products from concept → prototype → production → final product.
Material Knowledge — Key
We’re specifically looking for someone with a strong understanding of different materials and how they can be used in product development, including:
- Wood
- Metal
- Glass
- Rubber
- Plastic
- Ceramic
You should understand the properties, limitations, finishes, manufacturing processes, and possibilities of these materials and know how to choose the right material for a particular product.
Experience working with manufacturers, fabricators, mould makers, ceramic factories, metal workshops, or other production vendors is a strong advantage.
What we’re looking for
- Strong product and design thinking.
- Excellent sense of form, proportion, colour, and detail.
- Ability to sketch and communicate ideas clearly.
- Experience with 3D modelling/CAD is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of materials and manufacturing.
- Curiosity about design, fashion, art, music, street culture, architecture, and emerging trends.
- Someone who is experimental, hands-on, and comfortable taking an idea from zero to reality.
- Most importantly, someone who doesn’t think like everyone else.
This is an early-stage role with a lot of creative freedom. You’ll have the opportunity to see your ideas go from a sketch on paper → prototype → actual product in people’s hands.
If you want to help build a brand from zero rather than simply work for one, we want to meet you.
