Roles and responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI for new features and enhancements across S2P modules (e.g. sourcing events, contracts, requisition-to-PO, invoice matching, supplier onboarding).

- Translate complex business rules, approval chains and data-heavy workflows into simple, task-focused experiences for different personas (requesters, buyers, approvers, AP clerks, suppliers).

- Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate concepts with stakeholders and users.

- Use and contribute to the design system — components, patterns and documentation — to keep the product consistent.

- Conduct competitive analysis of S2P/procurement tools and turn findings into design recommendations.

- Collaborate with product managers and functional leads to understand requirements, define scope and prioritize problems worth solving.

- Work with developers during implementation: prepare clean handoff files and review builds for design accuracy.

- Design for edge cases, empty states, errors, validations, bulk actions and role/permission-based views.

- Present design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback from design reviews and stakeholders.

- Keep up with UX best practices, accessibility standards and emerging patterns in enterprise products, including AI-assisted workflows.

Skills required

- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product,



UX or UI Designer, preferably on web-based B2B/enterprise SaaS.

- Strong proficiency in Figma: auto layout, components, variants and prototyping.

- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture and visual hierarchy.

- Experience designing forms, data tables, dashboards and multi-step workflows such as approvals or wizards.

- Experience working inside a design system and maintaining consistency across screens.

- Basic understanding of user research and usability testing, and translating insights into design changes.

- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design.

- Ability to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Comfort working in an agile environment with changing priorities.

- A portfolio showing problem-solving process, not just final visuals.

Positive to have

- Exposure to procurement, finance, ERP or supply-chain products (S2P, P2P, AP automation).

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools.
