Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in the IT industry to drive end-to-end delivery of our enterprise software products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software product development, excellent understanding of programming and coding, and proven experience leading engineering and cross-functional teams.

This is a technical leadership and product delivery role requiring the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and Business teams.

The candidate should be capable of understanding technical discussions, reviewing solutions, identifying risks, and driving teams toward successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of software products and major product initiatives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Drive product planning, development, testing, release, deployment, and production delivery.
- Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical execution plans.
- Provide technical leadership and participate in architecture and solution discussions.
- Understand programming, coding, application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Review technical approaches and provide inputs on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.




- Understand and review code-level issues and technical implementation challenges.
- Drive delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, reliability, performance, and security.
- Work closely with Engineering and QA teams to improve development, testing, and release practices.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement across product development and delivery.
- Identify and proactively address technical, operational, and delivery risks.
- Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior management.
- Mentor and guide Technical Leads, Engineering Managers, and development teams.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

- 15+ years of experience in the IT/software industry.
- Strong experience working on software products/product development.
- Strong understanding of programming and coding concepts.
- Ability to understand, review, and discuss source code and technical implementations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, software architecture, and product development lifecycle.
- Experience with one or more technologies such as Microsoft .NET/C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of SQL/databases, REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Good understanding of Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery and release management.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in healthcare technology / healthcare software products.
- Experience working with US-based customers and enterprise products.




- Experience with Microsoft technology stack and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience managing large or distributed engineering teams.
- Experience in product roadmap planning and technical strategy.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Relevant technical, Agile, Scrum, or project-management certifications.

Work Mode Work From Office (WFO) is preferred for this position.

The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams. Candidates who are comfortable working from the office and participating in face-to-face collaboration are preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a technically strong product delivery leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise software products.

The candidate should be able to operate at both the technical and leadership levelsunderstanding programming and architecture while effectively managing product priorities, delivery commitments, engineering teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Strong hands-on technology knowledge + product development experience + delivery leadership + people management experience are essential for this role.
