PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with basic to good knowledge of electronics components and materials to support vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase coordination, and material tracking. The ideal candidate should have good communication, follow-up, negotiation, and documentation skills, along with the ability to understand electronic components, specifications, and procurement requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers for electronic components and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, availability, pricing, lead time, and delivery.
- Review technical requirements, Bills of Materials, datasheets, and part numbers.
- Compare quotations and support vendor selection based on price, quality, availability, and delivery.
- Maintain purchase documents, records, quotations, and vendor information.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements and purchase status.
- Follow up with vendors and resolve basic procurement-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records and support inventory/material tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic to good knowledge of electronics and electronic components.
- Ability to understand Bills of Materials, part numbers, specifications, and datasheets.
- Knowledge of vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase coordination.
- Good communication, follow-up, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements.

EDUCATION Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
