Role Description The Procurement Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing Taxcart’s supplier relationships and ensuring that procurement activities support business goals. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining up-to-date records on contracts and service agreements.

The role involves negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service levels, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement decisions with budget and quality standards.

The Procurement

Representative will analyze procurement data to identify cost savings, mitigate risks, and recommend process improvements, while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.



Regular communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams is expected to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any issues that arise.

- Candidates should possess strong procurement skills, including experience with sourcing, purchasing, and managing procurement processes.
- Candidates should possess supplier management and supplier performance skills to build, maintain, and evaluate vendor relationships.
- Candidates should possess contract negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems and familiarity with technology or SaaS environments are beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and uphold ethical and compliance standards in procurement activities.
