Role Summary

FlyTravio is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage supplier sourcing, negotiations and contracting for our holiday business.

The candidate should have strong experience working with DMCs, hotels and travel suppliers, with a focus on securing competitive rates, better commercial terms and reliable supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard DMCs, hotels, transfer providers, activity suppliers and other travel partners.
- Negotiate competitive net rates, contract rates, credit terms, cancellation policies and special offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Compare supplier rates and ensure FlyTravio receives commercially competitive pricing.
- Negotiate seasonal deals, tactical offers and exclusive rates.
- Work with the Holiday, Sales and Operations teams to develop competitive travel packages.
- Maintain supplier contracts, rate sheets and commercial terms.
- Monitor supplier performance, response time and service quality.
- Develop backup suppliers for key destinations.




- Handle supplier-related commercial issues and negotiations.

Skills Required

- 6+ years of experience in travel procurement, contracting or supplier management.
- Strong experience negotiating with DMCs and travel suppliers.
- Good network of domestic and/or international travel suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience with supplier onboarding and contract management.
- Positive understanding of hotels, transfers, sightseeing and holiday-package costing.
- Understanding of net rates, mark-ups, margins, credit terms and cancellation policies.
- Good Excel and commercial comparison skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple destinations and suppliers.

Preferred Background

Candidates from

OTA | Tour Operator | DMC | Travel Company | Hotel Contracting | Holiday Packages will be preferred.

What We Expect The Procurement Manager should be able to take a destination such as Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Dubai, or other, identify reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms, and help FlyTravio build profitable and competitive holiday packages.
