- Develop & execute procurement strategy aligned with project schedules & budgets
- Manage end-to-end procurement of key materials RMC, steel, cement, tiles, granite, and other civil, MEP & finishing materials
- Float enquiries, prepare comparatives, negotiate rates & finalise purchase orders
- Identify, evaluate & onboard reliable vendors, suppliers & manufacturers
- Drive cost savings through negotiation, rate contracts & value engineering
- Ensure timely material delivery to site as per the procurement schedule
- Coordinate with planning, execution, contracts & accounts teams
- Track material budgets, consumption & reconciliation against BOQ
- Manage vendor performance, payment terms & dispute resolution
- Maintain procurement MIS, documentation & reports for management
