We are looking for an experienced Project Procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement for government, construction, infrastructure, and commercial projects. The role involves sourcing, tender management, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders, contract administration, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project procurement activities.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and procurement plans.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contracts.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Finance, Site, Logistics, and QA/QC teams.




- Expedite critical and long-lead materials to ensure timely project execution.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage procurement risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and tender requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports, trackers, and dashboards.
