Job Summary The Procurement Manager owns sourcing, vendor management and inventory planning for all hardware and materials. This role ensures ANS IT India has the right devices and components, at the right cost and quality, available when projects and customers need them.

Responsibilities

- Source and procure GPS devices, telematics hardware, SIMs and components at optimal cost and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Plan and manage inventory levels to meet project and service demand without overstocking.
- Coordinate with operations, service and finance on procurement needs and budgets.
- Maintain accurate purchase, vendor and inventory records.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
