Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Procurement Buyer at Taxcart.

The Procurement

Buyer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, coordinating delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Buyer will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and technical teams to understand requirements, optimize costs,



and ensure timely availability of goods and services. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing purchasing data, resolving order or invoice discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing, Purchasing Processes, and the creation and management of Purchase Orders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and procurement data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems, particularly in SaaS or technology-driven environments, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting are important.
- A background in supply chain, procurement, finance, or a related field, and relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
