Role Description The Process Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing and delivering training programs that ensure operational teams understand and follow standardized processes. This role involves conducting training needs analyses, developing training materials, and facilitating new hire and refresher sessions for operations and support teams.

The Process

Trainer will observe workflows, identify process gaps, and collaborate with process owners and managers to refine standard operating procedures.



Day-to-day activities include running classroom and on-the-floor training, creating clear documentation, tracking training completion, and measuring training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics. The role also requires providing ongoing coaching, maintaining updated process knowledge as operations evolve, and supporting change management efforts during new process rollouts.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate findings into structured, targeted training programs.
- Experience delivering Recent Hire Training and process refreshers for operations or support teams.
- Strong Presentation Skills for facilitating engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor training sessions.
- Sound Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify process gaps, and refine training content.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex processes clearly and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Previous experience in process training, operations training, or L&D; within logistics, quick commerce, or related domains is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapting training to evolving processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in training, instructional design, or operations management is an advantage.
