Scope of the role:

We are looking for a Process & Systems Analyst with3–4 years of experience to support business applications, infrastructure, IT operations, asset management and process improvement initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise applications, IT systems, vendor coordination, and end-user support to ensure efficient and reliable technology operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple responsibilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency through technology. They should possess robust communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Administer and support enterprise applications such as Zoho,SAP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HRMS, ERP, CRM, Helpdesk and other business-critical platforms.

 Perform user administration, access management, basic configurations, workflow setup and application troubleshooting.

 Coordinate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient process solutions.

 Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, printers, laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

 Support and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and basic firewall/network configurations.





 Support digital transformation projects by evaluating and recommending technology-driven process enhancements.

 Facilitate user training and change management activities during the rollout of new processes, systems, or applications.

 Manage vendor relationships, AMC renewals, service agreements, and support escalations.

 Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of IT equipment and accessories.

 Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and operational reports.

 Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Education Qualification & Skills Required:

 Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, MCA or a related field.

 3–4 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or IT Administration.

 Hands-on experience with Zoho applications and exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.

 Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.

 Experience in IT asset management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

 Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
