Lead the capitalization of knowledge around the process in its technical field

Challenge and follow the KPI (FTY, OTD, HR, PI) for the department

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Experience in Machine Shop or Special Processes

Problem solving, Communication & Team working

Ensure conformity through PPAP and quality control.

Mastery of plan reading and tolerancing

Experience in process development and optimization.

Solid problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.

Understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
