Role & responsibilities :

- Productivity improvement in CNC

- Machining optimization,

- Minimize machining deviation, machine down time,

- System development

- Manager in machining & planning for CNC & machine shop

- Machine knowledge for buying recent & old/ repairing & retrofitting

- Planning day to day activities (Man Power, Production schedules and work allocation) for achieving daily, weekly & monthly production targets as per customer schedule & forecast

- Weekly interaction call regarding material planning or dispatch

- Proper setup/changeover of new & existing projects as per standard.

- Participation in Six Sigma Project, Kaizen, Quality Circle, 5S Movement Drive

- Cost calculation & reduction by avoiding the unwanted operation (as like cycle time reduction or process flow improvement) & consumption





- Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports.

- Handling the rejection/rework control & indirect material consumption monitoring & control.

- Record preparation of tool history & arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.

- Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department

- Up gradation of work place by applying 5S tools & maintain all records related to Quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

- B. Tech/ Diploma from a reputed college.

- 10-15 years of experience in a similar CNC set up.

- Age between 35 45 years.

- Residence of West Bengal or willing to relocate

- Manager in machining & planning for CNC & machine shop
