Job Overview

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to coordinate with different project sites and ensure that site-related issues are identified, followed up and resolved on time.

The candidate will coordinate with site teams, track pending issues, prepare reports and regularly update management on the status of various sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with different construction project sites on a daily basis.
- Collect updates from site teams regarding ongoing work and issues.
- Identify and track site-related problems and pending activities.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve issues.
- Follow up regularly until issues are closed.
- Maintain an updated record of site issues and their status.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.




- Escalate important or unresolved issues to management.
- Coordinate between site teams, office teams, vendors and other departments.
- Track pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to site activities.
- Support management in monitoring the overall status of different projects.

Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate with site and office teams.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.
- Willingness to coordinate with multiple construction sites.

Qualification 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
