Job Title: SAP US Payroll Tax Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP US Payroll Tax Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP US Payroll Tax implementation and configuration. The candidate will be responsible for supporting US payroll tax processes, tax configuration, integrations, testing, reconciliation, and payroll implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in SAP US Payroll Tax implementation and configuration.
- Configure Federal, State, and Local taxes in SAP US Payroll.
- Solid experience with BSI TaxFactory integration and configuration.
- Handle reciprocity, unemployment tax, resident state, and work state tax scenarios.
- Configure and maintain tax-related wage types.
- Analyze and manage retroactive tax impacts during payroll processing.
- Perform US payroll tax reconciliation and resolve tax-related discrepancies.
- Support quarter-end and year-end payroll tax processing.
- Participate in parallel payroll testing and validation.
- Support production cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Work closely with Payroll, HR, Tax,



and technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and support implementation activities.
