Role Description The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership for the Bhilwara campus, ensuring alignment with Orchids’ educational philosophy and standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, student performance, and teaching quality, while fostering an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment. The role involves leading, mentoring, and evaluating teachers and staff, managing admissions and parent communication,



and maintaining compliance with regulatory and board guidelines. The Principal will also drive school improvement initiatives, budgets, and resource allocation, and represent the school in local community and stakeholder interactions.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhilwara.

Qualifications

- Strong academic leadership, school administration, and team management skills.
- Experience in curriculum planning, classroom observation, and pedagogical mentoring.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the wider community.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and use of school management or learning platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in school leadership or administration preferred.
- Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or senior academic coordinator in a K–12 environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and child safety standards.
