Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction forthe overall development of the school.

- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement initiatives.

- Ensure effective curriculum delivery and maintain high academic standards.

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching andnon-teaching staff.

- Promote professional development and training for teachers.

- Monitor student performance, discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.

- Foster a safe, inclusive, respectful, and positive learning setting.

- Maintain effective communication with parents and address their concernsprofessionally.

- Coordinate school events, examinations, assemblies, meetings, and extracurricularactivities.

- Ensure compliance with education regulations, school policies, and applicable statutory requirements.

- Manage school resources, infrastructure, budgets, and administrative operationseffectively.

- Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.

- Build solid relationships with parents, community members,



and otherstakeholders.

- Represent the school at meetings, events, and external forums.

- Encourage innovation, technology integration, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

- Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in teaching and school administration, with relevant leadership experience.

- Proven experience in managing academic and administrative operations.

- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and educational practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions.

- Proficiency in using technology and schoolmanagement systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
