Requirements

- Any Graduate with B.Ed.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with primary-grade students.
- Caring, patient, and responsible approach towards children.
- Ability to support the class teacher in daily classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the class teacher with classroom teaching and activities.
- Support students with their academic and learning needs.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Assist in preparing worksheets, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
- Monitor students during classroom and co-curricular activities.
- Support students during school routines, events, and activities.
- Coordinate with teachers and school staff for smooth classroom functioning.
