Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Well versed in forging operations and shop floor practices.
- Hands-on experience in the forging industry with exposure to heavy engineering/manufacturing environments.
- Sound understanding of forging processes, parameters, and production requirements.
- Ability to independently manage shift operations and achieve production targets.
- Good knowledge of forging equipment, presses, manipulators, furnaces, and material handling systems.
- Capable of coordinating with Maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to forging operations.
- Ability to carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
- Capable of identifying and driving productivity, quality, cost, and efficiency improvement initiatives.




- Good understanding of safety standards and shop floor safety practices.
- Effective manpower handling, team coordination, and work allocation skills.
- Quick learner with positive attitude and strong ownership mindset.
- Good communication skills with ability to converse in Hindi and prepare reports in English.
- Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a qualified personality and collaborative approach.
- Results-oriented with focus on operational excellence, quality, and customer requirements.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle shop floor responsibilities independently.
