Role Description

- We are looking for highly experienced Presales / Solutioning & Delivery Lead with 20+ years of experience in Multi-Tower Data & Analytics solutioning and deep technical expertise in Data Warehousing, SQL/PL-SQL, RDBMS, ETL areas.
- The ideal candidate will have grown through a strong technical career journey — Developer → Senior Developer → Architect → Principal Architect / Solution Lead — with deep hands-on expertise in legacy DWH technologies and the ability to translate complex technical landscapes into pragmatic modernization and migration solutions.
- The role combines technical solutioning, client-facing presales, architecture, estimation and delivery leadership. Experience with Cloud Data Engineering / Modern cloud data platforms & SAP Data Integration is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities 1. Presales & Solutioning

- Lead technical solutioning for Data Warehouse, Data Migration, Data Modernization and Data Engineering opportunities.
- Understand client business objectives, current-state architecture, technology landscape and pain points.
- Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders, application owners, data architects and platform teams.




- Analyze legacy DWH environments and identify opportunities for:

1. Re-platforming
2. Migration
3. Modernization
4. Consolidation
5. Performance optimization
6. Technology rationalization

- Develop solution architecture, technical approach, migration strategy and implementation roadmap.
- Create solution proposals, architecture diagrams, effort estimates, staffing models and delivery plans.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses and client presentations.
- Lead technical discussions during client evaluations and solution presentations.
- Work closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into executable delivery programs.
- Drive estimation, planning, resource requirements and delivery milestones.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, assumptions and issues.
- Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and deliverable.

2. Delivery Leadership

- Practice Leader for Legacy DWH - Manage & Oversee Delivery for Legacy DWH Practice.
- Partner with Sales Team to convert sales leads to delivery engagements
- Guide architects, technical leads and engineering teams.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to architecture principles.
- Support transition from presales/solutioning into implementation.
- Establish delivery governance, technical standards and quality checkpoints.
- Ensure Client satisfaction and high NPS scores in the Legacy DWH Practice

3. Client & Stakeholder Management





- Act as a trusted technology advisor to client stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
- Facilitate architecture and discovery workshops.
- Challenge existing assumptions and recommend pragmatic alternatives.
- Build strong relationships with client architects, application owners, data leaders and IT executives.
- Provide executive-level communication on architecture, migration strategy, risks and progress.
