Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telecallers for the Referral Sales team of a leading real estate company. The role involves generating leads through referrals, contacting potential customers, explaining real estate projects, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
- Generate leads through referral sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build customer relationships and improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate candidates with relevant experience can apply.




- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, referral sales, or real estate is preferred.
- Positive communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
