- Handle inbound enquiries and outbound lead calling.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and calling data in CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales teams for qualified lead handover.
- Follow up on site visits and customer responses
