HIRING Premium Acquisition Manager for Private Bank- Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to acquire and manage Recent-to-Bank HNI and Affluent customers and build stable liability balances through Savings Accounts, Current Accounts and Deposits.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire HNI/Affluent customers and onboard New-to-Bank liability relationships.
- Identify potential customer segments and catchment areas for business development.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and other acquisition activities.
- Meet HNI/Affluent customers, understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Acquire Savings Accounts, Current Accounts and Deposits and build stable balances.
- Explain product features, benefits, documentation and balance/deposit requirements clearly to customers.
- Ensure proper KYC and account-opening documentation as per bank guidelines.




- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the account-opening process.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify cross-selling opportunities such as loans, investments and other financial products.
- Generate new business through customer references and referrals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and regularly review business progress and action plans with the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services.
- Candidates with experience in HNI Banking, Affluent Banking, CASA, Liability Sales or Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates having an existing HNI/Affluent customer network will be an added advantage.
