Role & Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT training solutions.
- Assist in presenting technical courses and solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct client interactions through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand basic technologies such as Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud, and DevOps.
- Coordinate with internal technical and business teams.
- Prepare basic proposals and solution-related information.
- Maintain client details and follow up with prospects.
- Stay updated with emerging IT technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech/B.E. graduate or final-year student from any specialization.
- Freshers are welcome; 01 year experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT and technology concepts.
- Robust learning ability and problem-solving mindset.
- Confident in interacting with clients.
- Interested in building a career in Pre-Sales, IT Solutions, and Technology Consulting.

Internship Duration: 3 Months Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance after successful completion of the internship.
