Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and capacity.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow.

- Monitor production schedules, work orders, WIP, and delivery timelines.

- Track material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for timely material requirements.

- Follow up on shop-floor activities and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.

- Maintain and update production planning reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

- Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD), production output, rejection, and productivity.

- Support capacity planning, manpower planning, and machine utilization.

- Coordinate for subcontracting/vendor activities wherever required.

- Ensure production activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, process plans, and aerospace quality requirements.

- Assist in identifying production risks and implementing corrective actions to meet delivery commitments
