We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads or Meta Ads. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Lead Generation and Affiliate Campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions and profitable results. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experiecne in Lead Generation and Affiliate Campaigns.
- Manage PPC campaigns with CPA, CPL, and CPS models.
- Conduct audience, keyword, creative, offer, and landing page testing.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for profitable acquisition.
- Test new GEOs, offers, audiences, and traffic sources.




- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Proven knowledge of Meta Lead Gen and Affiliate Campaigns.
- Positive understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS and conversion-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical, optimization, and scaling skills.
- Experience in affiliate marketing/performance marketing is preferred.

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
