Technical Skills:

Mandatory

- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M Language)

- Strong SQL skills

- Experience in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts

- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools

- Experience in JIRA Project management and JQL concepts

- Experience in Smartsheet project management tool

- Experience in Power Automation

- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices

- Experience with Excel, SSIS, or other BI tools is an advantage

Process Skills:

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.

- Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop.

- Develop DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).





- Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint and APIs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

- Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service.

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance standards.

- Monitor report performance and optimize datasets.

- Collaborate with business users to provide analytical insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with business users to build timely dashboards in JIRA.

- Collaborate with business users to build, Govern and enhance Smartsheet workspace.
