Team Context

You will be a part of the Talent Acquisition - Business Hiring team, working alongside recruiters and hiring managers to support real-time recruitment activities. The team is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and coordinating candidates for business-critical roles while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize the provided database to source and connect with candidates.

Engage and convert potential candidates through calls and emails.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Maintain candidate records, trackers, and follow-up updates.

Support recruiters in day-to-day business hiring activities and stakeholder coordination.

Eligibility

Graduate or Pursuing Graduation

Strong English communication skills (local language proficiency is an advantage)

Interest in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition

Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
