We are Hiring: PMO Manager – LabVantage / LIMS

Location: India

Experience: 10+ years

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Start Date: Contract: 8 months, with possible extension

Opportunity: Potential conversion to a permanent position

Travel: Limited travel; expenses covered

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager with strong technical development experience to lead the workstream for a LabVantage/LIMS platform. Approximately 90% of the work related to LabVantage is focused on LIMS, making strong LIMS/technical expertise highly desirable.

This is a technical leadership role and is not intended for a purely functional profile.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical workstream on the client side and act as the counterpart to the SI and Application Leads.
- Work closely with Accenture and Application team leads to define, develop, and roll out the solution.
- Define and create technical content in collaboration with the functional and delivery teams.
- Provide technical governance for the LabVantage/LIMS platform.
- Lead technical discussions, solution development, and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects and other technical experts to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead a small technical team of approximately 3–5 members.




- Act as the key technical counterpart to Accenture counterparts and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support the delivery team in translating requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong technical development experience, preferably with LabVantage/LIMS.
- Strong understanding of LIMS platforms and technical delivery.
- Experience working with SI partners such as Accenture.
- Experience in technical leadership, governance, and solution delivery.
- Ability to lead technical teams and work closely with Solution Architects and Application Leads.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- This is a technical role; strong technical/development experience is required rather than a purely functional background.
