Synergie Controls u0026 Systems

Navi Mumbai

For Synergie Controls, I would make this role more project-oriented, because the PLC Programmer should not only write PLC logic but also handle panel testing, HMI integration, commissioning and customer-site troubleshooting. Siemens’ current STEP 7/TIA Portal workplace supports S7-1200/1500 programming, distributed I/O, motion and safety, so these should be reflected in the JD. (Siemens Totally Integrated Automation)

This will quickly show whether the candidate is actually a PLC programmer or only has theoretical TIA Portal knowledge.
