Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
- Total Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in Plant Maintenance (Utility and Machine).
- Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience in a maintenance department.
- Required Technical Skills (Expert Level):
- Competent in machine breakdowns and utility maintenance.
- AMC renewal, discussions, and technical negotiations.
- New plant and new machine installations.
- QMS documentation related to maintenance.
- Close coordination with vendors.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day general maintenance and monitoring of plant utilities (such as compressors, thermal chambers,



water chillers, AHUs, and electrical panels).
- Executing preventive and breakdown maintenance, along with planning routine and periodical equipment checks.
- Identifying breakdown-related problems and clearly communicating conditions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Managing AMC contracts and renewals with OEMs, creating maintenance procedures, and forecasting and managing spare parts.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for staff to prevent accidents and mishaps.
- Demonstrating positive eye-to-hand coordination to carry out repetitive tasks quickly and methodically. Role & responsibilities
